I am a Person-Centred Counsellor offering a warm, confidential, and non-judgemental space where you can explore your experiences at your own pace and in your own way. I believe that every person has the capacity for growth, healing, and meaningful change when they are met with genuine understanding, acceptance, and respect. I believe that every person deserves a space where they feel safe, heard, and deeply respected

My work is grounded in the Person-Centred approach, which places you at the heart of the therapeutic process. Rather than offering advice or telling you what to do, I walk alongside you, listening with empathy and authenticity, and supporting you to connect with your inner resources and strength to make sense of your thoughts, emotions, and patterns.   I see therapy as a collaborative partnership, where your voice, values, and lived experience are central.

I have experience working with individuals facing anxiety, Depression, low mood, low self-esteem,  paranoia, trauma including PTSD, relationship difficulties, identity issues, emotional overwhelm, Bereavement, long or short term illnesses and life transitions. Many of the people I work with come feeling stuck, unheard, or disconnected from themselves. Together, we create a safe and compassionate space where deeper self-awareness, clarity, and self-acceptance can emerge.

Clients often describe me as calm, intuitive, and deeply present. I offer a space where you do not need to perform, explain yourself perfectly, or have all the answers. You are welcome exactly as you are.

I offer both online and in-person sessions, providing flexible access to support that fits around your life.

I DO NOT OFFER TELEPHONE SESSIONS.

At Blossom Counselling, we offer a warm,  safe, compassionate, and confidential space where you can explore your experiences at your own pace, in your own way and you can begin to heal, reflect, and grow. You will be met with respect, care, and genuine understanding in an environment that is non-judgemental, emotionally safe, and deeply supportive. For us, counselling/therapy is not a set of techniques but a relational journey.

Life can be overwhelming, painful, and confusing at times, and you may find yourself feeling anxious, stuck, lost, disconnected, or emotionally exhausted. You may have been through experiences that have cut you down, worn you out, or left you questioning yourself and your direction. You do not have to face this alone.

Blossom Counselling is a place where you are met exactly as you are. You do not need to perform, pretend, or have everything figured out. This is a space for honesty, vulnerability, and real conversation, where your feelings, thoughts, and experiences are taken seriously and treated with care.

My aim is to help you feel more grounded, empowered, and connected to yourself, build emotional resilience, and develop greater confidence, clarity, and self-compassion so that you can move forward with greater confidence, emotional resilience, and a stronger sense of direction in your life.

I believe that every person has the capacity to grow, heal, and experience meaningful change when they feel truly seen, heard, and accepted. In addition, when people feel genuinely accepted, they begin to blossom into who they are meant to be.  Through the Person-Centred approach, I focus on you as the expert in your own life. My practice emphasizes and provides an environment of empathy, authenticity, and unconditional positive regard, setting me apart from others.

Many people arrive feeling as though something inside them has been damaged, silenced, or broken. At Blossom Counselling, I believe that even what has been wounded can still grow. Healing does not mean erasing the past, it means learning to live more fully, gently, and confidently in the present.

All my work is carried out in line with professional and ethical standards, with a strong emphasis on confidentiality, safety, and care.

Whether you are struggling with anxiety, Depression, low self-esteem, trauma, relationship difficulties, emotional overwhelm, or simply a sense that something is not right, you are welcome here.

Blossom Counselling is not about becoming someone else. It is about coming home to yourself. It is about finding meaning after pain, strength after struggle, and growth after being cut down.

This is a place to pause.
A place to breathe.
A place to heal.
A place to blossom.

WHY CHOOSE ME?

A Unique Approach

My work is grounded in the Person-Centred approach, which means you are at the heart of the process. We believe that within every person is a natural capacity to heal, grow, and rediscover their strength, even after deep pain or loss. Rather than giving advice or trying to fix you, we walk alongside you with empathy, authenticity, and respect, supporting you to reconnect with your inner resources and sense of self.

I offer .....

Empathetic Understanding

Entering my client’s world as if it were my own, sensing their feelings and meanings without losing my own sense of self. It involves listening with depth and presence and reflecting their experience in a way that helps them feel truly seen, accepted, and emotionally safe. In my practice, empathic understanding is central because it creates the relational conditions in which clients naturally begin to trust themselves, process pain, and move towards growth

Issues I work with:

Non Judgemental space

Offering my clients unconditional acceptance, regardless of their thoughts, feelings, behaviours, or life experiences. It involves creating a space where clients do not feel evaluated, criticised, or labelled, but instead feel safe to explore even the most difficult or vulnerable parts of themselves. In my practice, this non-judgemental stance is essential because it reduces fear and defensiveness, allowing clients to develop self-acceptance and move towards greater psychological growth

Genuineness

Being real, open, and authentic in the therapeutic relationship, rather than hiding behind a professional role or mask. It involves allowing my clients to meet me as a human being who is emotionally present, congruent, and honest in my responses, while still maintaining appropriate boundaries. In my practice, genuineness is vital because it builds trust and models a way of being that invites clients to also become more real and accepting of themselves
